Xenium Explorer Walkthrough

The capture runs without narration. In order, it moves through:
- Image channels — the morphology image under multi-channel display, with per-channel intensity thresholds and gamma, and the H&E image toggled in over the top.
- Region selection — freehand and rectangular tools drawing a boundary around a structure, with the coordinates of a previous selection available to paste back in.
- Gene search — the panel listing every gene in the assay against its count and expression value.
- Transcript inspection — individual transcripts resolved at zoom, each one addressable for its ID, Q-score and position in the section.
